This solution is ideal for their organization because their team works remotely and they needed the ability to collaborate and share documents and information between team members.

Digital Mailing Systems

Digital Mailing Systems approached us in the startup phases of their company looking for a technology partner. We recommended, installed and configured a Small Business Server for them that could handle their organizations need to share data with sales people who work remotely and from home. We setup a document library so that their remote workers were able to access marketing materials and literature while in the field.

While they were evaluating CRM solutions we recommended salesforce.com to manage their sales, service, and marketing. After implementing this solution that immediately realized increased productivity, shortened their sales cycle and allowed them to provide great service to their existing customers by having all of the information they needed in one application that is accessible from anywhere.

We have been working with Onsite Conference for over 5 years to acting as their main resource for their Information Technology needs. We provide technical support to their entire staff who are located across the country so that they can deliver educational training conferences every week via telephone.

We have watched their company grow, and with that their need for technology has increased also. We have helped them manage their dedicated servers in multiple data centers, assisted with their email marketing campaigns, developed their multi-location backup and business continuity plan so that they can operate should one of their locations fail, and assisted with their website.
