We were happy to help Rosalie Fehr setup her wireless network and connect her new laptop to the network so that she was able to email friends and family.  As Rosalie explains in the video, we were able to help her by explaining the new features of her laptop in “non-geek speak” and ensured that she was comfortable using her new machine!
